St. Michael's House Special National School, Raheny is a school for pupils between the ages of 4 and 18 years with a Moderate General Learning Disability. We are looking for a Special Needs Assistant to work in the school.  Many of the pupils in the school have complex needs including Autism, physical disability, care needs and behaviours of concern. A real interest and dedication in working with students with Special Educational Needs to help them achieve their full potential is extremely important.  Candidates who have form PF1 should include this with their application.  The procedures contained in Circular 0051/2019 and Circular 0026/2023 will be strictly adhered to.  A internal panel of suitable applicants maybe set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate (SNA posts: for the duration of the school year)
