SNA substitution available regularly from St. Vincent's Secondary School.  The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate clearly, the skills and qualities they can bring to the position. Experience working with students of differing educational needs. ASD special class experience is beneficial. A Garda vetting disclosure will be required for the appointment. Shortlisting may apply. St. Nathy’s College is a co-educational secondary school catering for post-primary school age students accommodating students with additional needs integrated in mainstream classes. As a Catholic voluntary secondary school, it caters for students from a wide range of cultural and faith backgrounds. This is a specific purpose post comprising of 16 hours per week sanctioned termly by NCSE. Minimum required standard of education for appointment to an SNA post is: a QQI level 3 major qualification on the national framework of qualifications or a minimum of three Grade Ds in the Junior Certificate or equivalent.
