Through its six prison education centres CDETB Educational Service to Prisons offers a wide range of accredited and non- accredited educational opportunities to students, including basic literacy, creative arts, physical education, culinary arts, digital skills and life skills.
It offers learners the opportunity to achieve certification at Junior and Leaving Cert level. It also offers accreditation from QQI and Open University and other validating bodies.
The Pathways Centre provides a wide range of supports for those who wish to continue their studies post- release.
